Dark Chocolate Protein Cookies
1+1/4 large ripe avocado
1 large banana
1/4 c honey
1/2 c dark cocoa powder
1 scoop Titan Nutrition Isolate
1/2 tsp baking soda
*Optional: 1/4 c 88% cocoa nibs (the higher the cocoa content, the lower the sugar)
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mash avocado and banana well in a medium sized mixing bowl. Add honey and egg, mix well. Add cocoa powder, protein and baking soda mix well. Mix in cocoa nibs (optional but highly suggested 😋)
Spoon out cookie dough making about 12 cookies. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
Do not over baked these! They seem to be about perfect after 10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool completely. Place cookies in an air tight container and store in freezer or fridge. Best served cold. If you store them in the freezer, allow them a few minutes to thaw before eating.
