Love & Passion for Health and Fitness: Meet Shannon Thomas

Shannon Thomas (@shannont_ifbbpro) is the Titan Nutrition August Athlete of the Month! Shannon’s fitness journey began with a love for sports and evolved into a serious passion for bodybuilding. By 2013, he made history as Oklahoma’s first men’s physique pro.

Shannon’s drive is deeply personal. After losing his mother to breast cancer in 2010, he was inspired to embrace health and fitness as a lifestyle, honoring her belief in his potential. Now, as a personal trainer at Four Star Fitness in Moore, Oklahoma, Shannon helps others achieve their goals. You can connect with him here.

Here’s a look at Shannon’s daily nutrition:

  • Meal 1: 3 eggs, whole grain toast, Greek yogurt
  • Meals 2 & 3: 6-8 oz chicken thighs, 5 oz sweet potatoes or protein pasta
  • Meal 4: 2 scoops Whey-Snickerdoodle
  • Meal 5: 5-6 oz chicken thighs, 1/2 avocado

Shannon’s Titan Nutrition favorites include Whey-Snickerdoodle, Kickin-GymCandy, and Rebuild-Strawmelon.

His advice for those just starting out? “Find your reason ‘why’. It’ll keep you motivated and focused on your bigger goals.”
