90-Day Trial Period
You have 90 days from the date of purchase to try our products. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we’ll offer a refund or exchange, no questions asked.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, contact our Customer Support team at cs@titannutrition.net or call us at 1-888-396-5007 with your order number and the details of your return. Our team will assist you with the next steps.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be purchased directly from Titan Nutrition via our website to qualify for the guarantee.
- Both opened and unopened products are eligible for returns. If you’ve used the product and weren’t satisfied, let us know why, and we’ll still honor the refund.
- You may be asked to return the unused portion of the product or provide a receipt for proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
Titan Nutrition covers the cost of return shipping within the U.S. After contacting Customer Support, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer to exchange your product for something else, we’re happy to help! Simply contact us, and we’ll work with you to find a suitable replacement.
Exceptions
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Products purchased through unauthorized resellers are not eligible for our 90-Day Guarantee.
